Help! It's one of those days I'm afraid......row with DH last night as he was pestering me and I was trying to finish a report. Then today finally had my 1st RE job thats been booked for weeks and I manage to leave my iPhone at home with all the notes on. I had the paper copy but what a pain. Then I realise I don't have a watch as I use my phone for times. And also that the new phone (comp win) I'm using as a stopwatch has the wrong time as I haven't set it up. So finally manage to get the right time........and do the job. Go elsewhere to make a few notes and note the timings on the stopwatch - press the wrong button and they're gone. Piddle. Managed to get time in and out though and wait time thank goodness! What a perfomance
Anyway, I've now finished the report but haven't found anywhere to enter the receipt number. I've got to the upload page but still no receipt number. Did I miss it somewhere. I can only think its on the expenses page. I have 2 boxes showing but have put the amount I spent in both. Its possibly not showing up very well on the browser I'm using.....
Can anyone help before the day gets any worse please? Oh and the iPhone I thought was at home was actually in the car.......

Can someone help me with a Gap query please? I have been assigned a job and now I can't find the scenario/job details. I know they have the general orientation pack for each client, but I thought there would be a specific set of briefing notes for each job. I know when you look at a job before it is assigned you can click on a link and get job specific details. Now they've allocated me this job I can't seem to access that.
Also, how and where do I input the report? I'd really like to see the questions prior to doing the job so I know what specifically to look out for.0 -
Have you been emailed a link? If you follow that you will see the questionnaire? Also if you go to WebExpress and type in the assignment number you will be able to choose from seeing the job notes (which includes the questionaire) or from entering your results.
Hope that helps!ilovefreegle.org - give it away don't throw it away0 -
Thanks Ruthie - yes, that's a big help! As you can tell I've never done a job for them before and am not at all sure of my way around the system! In fact, I didn't actually apply for this job - I just emailed them with a question about the date it needed to be done IF I was interested, and they replied saying they'd assigned it to me!
I'm a bit worried about one of the requirements - it says do not present payment until it's asked for. Well, how do you do that? I just feel it will be really awkward, as normally when I buy things I get my purse out ready to pay. Do you just act like you were distracted?0 -
