I have been allocated a bowling assignment for the family and have planned to carry it out today. However, I phoned the booking through this morning but when I went to input my scorecard the website is playing up and there is no scorecard other than an example which cannot be submitted. I have phoned and emailed for advice but no reply, although it doesn't say that there is no-one there at weekends.

Is anyone else having a similar problem with this site today?

Would you go ahead and complete the assignment and input it as and when they sort things out? This is an expensive family visit inc food and I can't afford not to be paid for it, but we have put today aside to complete it and will struggle otherwise. The kids are looking forward to it too..... HELP!!!!

Do you get P60s from these companies? I did a handful of assignments for two companies last year, I dont know whether to wait for P60s to fill in my tax return or just get it out of the way.

I needed to know if I could buy mobile top ups as the brief was conflicting. I didn't buy them just in case - got enough stamps to keep me going on ebay for a while instead!!

Are you familiar with how to complete a scorecard? I have checked their website seems fine. If you go to my allocation the list of jobs you have will show up. click on the green enter and put the activity code (you can get a reminder emailed to you).
If you are still having trouble, do the job and speak to them on Monday. They are a very good and understanding company so they won't penalise you for something that is not your fault. Enjoy the bowling and the food!

Thanks leila 1 - you clearly know the site. No green enter button for me though on my accepted allocation. Just back from doing the visit anyway, a good time had by all, but will just do a paper copy so I don't forget and wait to hear from them when they pick up their messages.

That is strange, there is obviously a problem there. I have 5 jobs for August and they were all showing the green button to enter the results from the 1st.
