Quick query about flights. After assuming these were popular despite lack of fee, I haven't applied for any. I've now had an e-mail pleading for people, though still no actual fee.
Does anyone know how long these take to get assigned after you apply? I was considering trying to do one, and link it up with some other shops at the other end, but won't if they are like the car ones that sit pending for ever.
    Can anyone help?

    You have a PM

Hi guys. I've just accepted a few "free meal" assignments as I thought I'd take my mum out. Any reason why you don't get a fee as well given that you have to spend time filling in the questionnaire as well? This is only my second assignment for this company so I'm not sure what the questionnaire will be like.. There were also plently of train tickets jobs on offer yesterday but I don't like the idea of forking out all that money for train tickets just in case I don't get it back!!!

wow - HP - didnt I email you???? I thought I sent a group email to lots of people who did reply, I didnt use the PM system here as it gets clogged up so quickely....

I really didnt want to offend anyone by not replying, I really thought I had replied to everyone eith in person on with a group email...

if those havent got through that would explain the zero replies I received!!!!!!

No Guy I didn't get a reply ( unless its been papped by BT into the spam box along with the Viagra invites!!!) I have 2 MS's to do this afternoon and I will check when I get back.

It could be as a while back when I got loads of PM's looking for help etc and was snowed under I appealed for email addresses and made up a group list. Some though didn't get them as they vanished into spam filters.

I also checked your blog and enjoyed it and put a little comment on it for you.

Incidentally I thought your idea was good and was willing to help you.

Incidentally I got my 1st Asda revue today. Was a bit nervous about it. Unbeknown to me yesterday the manager spent 10 minutes sneakily watching how I interacted with customers...she said like a MS'er and I was excellent. She said it was noticeable how I was laughing and the customers were too.

Flippin heck good job she didn't know I was telling them a joke about .....

Which actress always appeared in her Hollywood films with her coat on.

    Answer is

This morning I did a "homeware store" shop for ABAi. I got there at 9.25 and left just after 9.55, the time on my receipt shows as 9.53.

Having got home to do the paperwork I realise the briefing notes say to visit between 10.00am and 3.00pm.

What should I do? Contract them and ask, or just complete the questionnaire and hope they dont pick it up?

IMHO you have to revisit at the correct time.

If you contact them they may let you off (but I doubt it)

If you don't say anything you may get away with it, but again I doubt it.

I think Blindman is right -

my first choice would be to phone them and see whether your visit time might be valid - if not at least then you can renegotiate a new visit with them there and then.

It shows you in the best light rather than just hoping for the best...

Even us newbies soon cotton on that a free meal isn't free if you have to do a report afterwards! Saying that I've accepted one for next weekend before we go to the cinema with the tickets I won :) It will be my first job for that company so good experience.

I won't make a habit of it, but now and then maybe......

I saw a train ticket visit which I liked the look of till I checked the price - and nearly had a heart attack. Nearly £1k  No, I did not accept that one

And I have a question re Abai - do they still pay in vouchers?

I did try and join ABAi yesterday but it kept asking me to input my password and every time I did it kept telling me it was wrong (I knew it wasn't) Any ideas?
