Vanquis Annual Fee Problem

I have had a Vanquis Credit Card for just over two years and have had no real issues with it.. apart from one!

When I applied, their advertising and terms and conditions said there was NO ANNUAL FEE! However, I have twice been charged a £25 annual fee. It is coming up for renewal soon and I really begrudge giving them my money when I shouldn't be. I have phoned them, emailed them and written to them several times and they say that there is an annual fee. I even printed off half of their website and sent it to them and they still said there is an annual fee.

Isn't advertising no annual fee and still taking one illegal or something? What can I do to get out of paying the next one without getting rid of the card?

Threaten them with the advertsing standards agency or trading standards, this is not fair.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.
