I know this may be a long shot but can you sell email addresses? Ages ago we set up an email address with sky in case we ever took their broadband services. We have just signed up for their broadband and the email address is pretty unique. In the great MSE fashion that is to make money from every source possible I thought it might be a good seller, like mobile numbers or car registrations.
I could be totally wrong here... don't shout if I am. Just an innocent question.

It's highly unlikely that you could.
You would need to check Sky's Terms and Conditions of use of their email services, but it's very unlikely that they would allow you to sell or transfer one of their email addresses.
Even if you overlook the T's&C's, it's hard to see how you could sell something that you have no ownership of or control over. Ultimately Sky will always have the final say in the use (and existence) of that address.0
