Just wanted to see if anyone has had the same experience I am having with this company!

I took up the offer of a months free rental and if I signed up I was promised a £20 voucher to spend at dvd.co.uk.

Registered April 11th , stayed an extra month, and as yet have still had no voucher. I have emailed and emailed. I have basically been told they are going as fast as they can and I should just wait.


Did anyone else take up this offer - have any vouchers arrived?

I just finished a membership with them and they were quite good. I have recently switched to another supplier who are slightly better.:j Most DVD online businesses are the same, you have to read the terms and conditions to ensure you qualify for a free gift.

Its a FREE GIFT for heavens sake! Stop being so impatient! Its not like you paid for it.

mmmm, have waited since April 11th - yes, how foolish of me to be so impatient, I will follow your excellent advice and twiddle my thumbs for another 10 weeks, allowing them the time to chop down the tree, make the ink and print the e-voucher - fancy me wanting them to follow their own terms of agreement - how wise you are

Boo Hoo! :rotfl: Dont spit the dummy! They have offered you a FREE gift and you are kicking off like a baby because they have taken a while to issue you with a FREE item.

How ridic! Is a FREE gift the one single most important thing in your life that you have to act like a petulant sarcastic brat?

Has the voucher not being sent caused you significant financial loss? Has it caused you misery and pain? Get over yourself. Good Lord I wish the most worrying thing in MY life was the non- arrival of a free gift! Pathetic!

Ok I don't really want to get mixed up this little "row" between you two, however, I would suggest ringing or emailing Lovefilm and asking where your voucher is. It might not be the most important thing in your life but you signed up to an offer in good faith because of this so you should get it.
