Is there an easy way to change the Date/Time on files without opening & resaving ??

The date on my camera was set wrong, so the photo files have the wrong year.
I could change date on my Pc, open each file & resave to set the correct date.

Is there an easy way to change the Date/Time on a file, like the Touch command in Unix ??

I've never found an equivalent to the Attrib command that will let you change file date/times, but there are any number of shareware/freeware utilities that will do it.

For example, Setfiledate is freeware, though I must admit I've never used it:

You may well find that the EXIF information within the file keeps Date and Time and a whole bunch of additional information. So you probably need an EXIF data changer, not a "file modified date" changer...
