Tips4Women book competition (complaint)

Over a month ago, I was told I'd won two books of my choice from the Tips4Women; the books were to be chosen from Pickabook.
I chose my books and was told they had been ordered the same day. 10 days later, they hadn't arrived, so I contacted the Tips4Women to be told that they had been despatched and they were waiting on a tracking number to forward to me. They were supposedly despatched over three weeks ago. Tips4Women told me to keep in touch with them re: the books and they would do the same. That was the last I heard.
I have emailed Tips4Women rgularly ever since and when no replies were forthcoming, I emailed Pickabook, giving them my address, the book details, the site I won them from and the lady who ordered them. They knew nothing about it.
I forwarded their email to Tips4Women and received no reply. I have contacted Edwin Mutton and he is looking into it, but there was another winner - by any chance, is she a member here? If so, did you get your books?
The competition involved clicking an affiliate link to get the answer, and I believe this was a scam competition just to get people to click.
