Good for her - that's an amazing achievement and deserves recognition. Credit due also to her parents - they must have set her a good example (and credit to her uncle too, obviously).

the unbelieveable thing is not one teacher, head teacher, local or national newspaper, MP or anyone could even be bothered (they all got asked about it),

That's a fantastic achievement Numpty, you must be very proud of her. Have to say that sadly I'm not hugely surprised at the school's attitude.. but I'm sure she'll go far!

Our local cinema chain offers a year's membership for £7.50 and then all films admission is £3.99 (instead of £6/£7.50) - this is well worth it isn't it? See four films and it's paid for itself any more and your in profit right?

I got two of those Vue 241 cards with the Mirror paper...........havent used them yet but they will come in handy one day I am sure. Luckily I have a Vue cinema really close by.

Used my Orange 241 text ticket to see Indiana Jones film at half term:D

My nearest Vue is 60 miles away, near uni. Nearest for Orange (I have a spare Orange sim) is about 10 miles but parking is pricey and it's not a very nice cinema.

Ours has a licensed room - leather sofas, licensed, no kids - it's luxury!
