LCD TV Stands

Does anyone know where I can get an LCD TV stand? When I try looking online all I can see is expensive ones built into tables and wall brackets. I am looking for the bog standard stand that comes with them and they stand up on it (the original went awol).

Thanks.

Just looked at Argos but they seem to be all either tables or wall mounts. It's only a 15" spare bedroom TV but it can't stand up on a table without the stand.

So you are looking for one just the same as the original stand the TV came with??

I suspect you may need to get the original part as you want it to stand on its own.

Yes. Unfortunately we have lost the one it came with as we had it wall mounted in the main bedroom but it is now being demoted to spare bedroom, where we want it to be table top and not wall mounted. I thought we'd just be able to pick up a basic stand for a fiver on eBay or something, but it seems these stands only come with the TVs and are never to be seen again.

you could try www.partsmaster.co.uk and source the stand base from them if your tv is a popular make.

It's probably down the back of the sofa - that's where we find everything we loose!!
