Power lead replacements

My daughter has broken the head of the power lead for her HP 510 laptop. I had a quick look around the Internet, but it seems that replacements are around £50.00. HP plugs are somewhat unique, but the computer as a whole only cost £300.00, so £50.00 seems a bit steep. Can anybody suggest an online site selling them as a more reasonable price?
Thanks.
Thanks.

HP plugs aren't unique..you can buy them at Maplin and solder them on yourself. The cloverleaf design of the mains lead isn't unique either.0
