Need help replacing R63 Downlights

Hi,
Im replacing 4 mains voltage in my kitchen ceiling. I want put some form of downlighter. I dont want to replaster so need to make sure they will fit in current hole (125mm).
Does anyopne know of any good online stores etc as im struggling to find anything via google ...

JCC lights are not too bad, here is a link to one I found

These have cut outs around the same size as you need, and are suitable for kitchens. They require decent ventilation and should not be covered by insulation. Refer to the instruction pdf.

you will struggle to find straight downlights that meet the size requirements as they generally fit a cut out 64mm-90mm. You could use the tilt ones and point it straight down (making it look like a straight spot)baldly going on...0 -
Thanks for that, quite a good site. Not sure though, im kind of looking for a traditional fixed down spot (in brushed chrome :rolleyes: wifes input..lol) . I think I am going to struggle0
