  • Thanks, just ordered up a couple of items to use as xmas pressies!
  • Yankee do unscented t-lights to use in the tart burners. The tarts last for ages. if you pop them in the freezer when they have re-set they last longer. The fragrance lasts until the wax has dissapeared.
I use cheep £ shop t-light for mine too.
    Nothing to declare ;)

I think the people who make Yankee candles have gone bust. Thats why the stock is so cheap.

Scroll down to the bottom of this site

    http://www.wholesaleclearance.co.uk/default.asp

and they have £5k of stock for £500, buy two get third free. So that's £15k (full RRP) for £1k. Hopefully this means there should lots of candles around at cheap prices for a while...........

yankee candle ain't going bust, they are doing just fine, maybe a company who sells their profduce over here has gone bust, but the people who make Yankee are fine, check their website http://www.yankeecandle.com!

Yankee are hugely popular all over the world, note that the picture they show is yankee on this advert, but it's colonial they mention in the listing, I would be very wary!
  • Hi

Just found this site I stumled across that sells Yankee Candles (as well as other things) and they have some great offers. I also joined their free loyalty scheme - I get 1 point for each £10.00 spent, when i get 10 points, I get a tenner off of my next purchase! Me and my wife just love Yankee Candles, and have just received our order from www.tjreiki.co.uk , we got a load of sampler candles and wax tarts (15 tarts for £10.90!) - and they seem cheaper than most sites, as well as getting a med Jack Frost candle for £9.99 instead of £13.99! Have a look. I will certainly be shopping with em again, and have joined their newsletter.
Just tought I would let ya know - cos, if others are fans like me and my missus, we all love a Yankee bargain!

    cheers

He makes his own candles too, doesn't he? We ordered some from him once as table gifts for a dinner we organised. He's in the Blackpool area, as I recall.
