Thanks RITETIDY
Could someone please tell me how long the 'tart' candles supplied with the free burner actually last and how big they are? I did look on the website but couldn't find the info. TIA
Also do the tarts act like oils and burn into a liquid on top of the burner or do you pop them inside?0 -
Just ordered some of these, quick question, do you have to use the Yankee Candle branded tea lights or will any tea do?

You pop them on top and they melt, once cold they reset and you can re-use a few times until the fragrance burns away. Size wize, they are around 2 inches in diameter roughly.0 -

Any will do. i've never used the yankee ones.0 -
I have found that personally I prefer to use the much cheaper ones which i think I got in the £ shop as these are unscented so you only smell the fragrance of the tart which you are burning whereas Yankees' tealights are scented so there are 2 fragrances intermingled so to speak.Ritetidy x0

I think the people who make Yankee candles have gone bust. Thats why the stock is so cheap.
Scroll down to the bottom of this site
http://www.wholesaleclearance.co.uk/default.asp
and they have £5k of stock for £500, buy two get third free. So that's £15k (full RRP) for £1k. Hopefully this means there should lots of candles around at cheap prices for a while...........0
