    That was so dull.

  • I'm sure he said he had got the figure of around £8000 (?) of mortgage payments over a 3 month project, that he hadn't taken into account.

How could it possibly have cost him that?

Unless he's taken into account in the £8000 (?) mortgage arrangement fees (why go for an expensive setup fee and/or penalty deal if he knew he was going to sell it), legal fees that he would have had and should have accounted for anyway, Valuation fee (ditto).

Could it simply be more sensationalism to make it look like good tv ie. 'look how much YOU could have lost', when in fact these didn't add up to £8000 at all!

I think bo drinker is right. Another round of 'Fly on the wall' reality tv is on it's way - "Look how all these poor mugs were suckered into our previous get rich programmes and now lose money" Presented by Sara Hasntgotabeany and Carol Notsosmiley.
I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.
