Hi all,
I have now had 4 quotes in for a roofing job. Ranging from £3284 inc VAT for recovering the roof in salvaged slates making up a shortfall with reclaimed slates to a whopping £7k+.
The middle ground is around £4,800 inc VAT, so I am wondering whether to risk going with the cheapest quote? or would you go with the middle ground?
