Working tax credit run-on

Would subsonic or one of the advisors please tell me when this applies? I lost my job on 17th April when the business went bust,double trouble as I was owed wages etc and have been unable to sue as it was a ltd company.
I have had WTC clawed back,so had a reduced ctc payment the first month (I'm told-for all I know,the amounts I have recieved are perfectly correct.)
I have been trying to get onto the helpline all day and this evening but it just comes up with a high traffic message and stating to ring back another time.

I guess no one knows the answer!
I finally managed to get through this evening and the advisor couldn't answer it either! But he did put a query through and says someone will get back to me next week (hopefully.)

The 4 week run on of applies when your working hours fall below 16.
