finally managed to get bill from atlantic after submitting numerous meter readings - 1st since nov 2007 - remarkably enough they had implemented their price rise on 1st april and apportioned far more units to more expensive post price rise period than pre despite fact it was winter pre rise and we used majority of units then - i had actually supplied them with reading on 1st april but they had ignored it - had exactly the same performance after previous price hike - fortunately a quick call to customer services and they agreed to charge all units up to bill date at old rate - i got the impression that this agreement was prearranged to be offered to anyone who complained - anyway got credit of £30 - i recommend anyone receiving a bill from atlantic check usage split and complain if its wrong
