Been quoted £3900 to get 34 SQm of block paving to extend current driveway to put extra car on from of house,
and £4850 to install patio with indian sandstone at rear of house for 44 SQm
would you pay this ?
does an extra parking space at fron tof house increase value or would current lawn with car parked on road (quiet culdesac) be best ??

Thats an awful lot of money , maybe you could kill the grass at the front and gravel over it , it would be a lot cheaper... don't think you would get the full value back when you sold to be honest... and if you already have off road parking for one car that what most people would expect...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

60 to 65 m2 for block-paving is the going rate.
