Q: Which collection of records recently went live on the Ancestry site, connecting singers Madonna and Celine Dion? (CLUE: answer in the July issue!)

Maybe not. Just googled Zacharie Cloutier and it says He has been linked to the family trees of Madonna, Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Alanis Morissette, and Angelina Jolie.[

"zacharie cloutier" appears in the Quebec Vital and Church Records (Drouin Collection), 1621-1967, which is new onsite.

I don't know. I'm confused.

It does say on the Ancestry.com website that the U.S. Naturalization Records Indexes, 1794-1995 have just been added


I'd say Zacherie Cloutier is not a collection of records, he is just linked to famous people?

Well, after more googling it appears that both Madonna and Celine Dion have French Canadian ancestry, so it probably is the Quebec records as all three families would listed there.

My sister-in-law is really into all this and she reckons the answer is defo the Drouin Collection (French-Canadian Historical Records) HTH
