I have to say Norwich Union were a delight to deal with when my car went up in flames recently,they dealt with it promptly and politely .

of course I would of liked a little more as I had spent money on it and hadn't had it that long anyway,so the purchase price +the extras would of been nice:D
however if I had sold it on ,I would only of gotten what they are paying me,so I'm still happy:)0
