Anyone know what it is? I always use Alt+S to send a message on a forum when using IE and its bugging me having to scroll down to send.

open up a new tab, type about:config in the address bar and hit enter.
Type access into the filter bar
Double-click on ui.key.contentAccess and set its value to 4.0 -
