Just had a look at his feedback which is all 100% positive so doesnt seem that bad. Email him but he will tell you that he is selling it for a lot more than its listed for. You need a price to get it listed.

I use ebay all the time and he seems to be reputable. It wont hurt emailing him but you will definitely not get it for the listed price.

Can I ask why you would report him? I'm probably completely daft, but I can't see anything wrong with this. I'm just asking so I know what to look out for.
