Is there a website specifically for selling your old books?

Amazon and ebay are good starts.
If you've got facebook, try and find groups for freshers/students of your course and leave a post saying which books you have for sale on there. If you're a continuing student there may be some way you can sell them through your department, or a notice board you can leave a message.
Failing that, a second hand bookshop may be interested.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -
Try these two:
http://www.abebooks.com/docs/Sell/
http://www.greenmetropolis.com/
Also look out for local book fairs - you can rent a space at some of them as a one-off if you've got a good number of books to offload.0 -
Thanks I'll look into these methods

I managed to sell some of my books to my college library at uni and also at Waterstones. This might just be in Durham though.
(Waterstones had a sign up and got sent an email about college)
Not quite what you want but hope it helps.0
