Hi,

I have applied for Aquacard about 4-5 weeks ago and forget about it. Today i received pin number. Is this means they approved me for card? (my credit rating is not good) How long its take to arrive card? what sort of Creditlimit they give initially.

"What credit limits do you offer?
For existing customers we offer credit limits of up to £1,600. For new customers the maximum they can be offered is £1,600 although typically they are offered between £250 and £1,000.

They have sent me pin number. Is it mean they have approved me for card? or they still can reject me? How long its take to arrive a card?

If they've sent you a PIN you've been accepted. Generally, cards & PIN are sent separately for security - normally 1-2 days apart. If you've not received the card within 7 days, ring them. Number on website is 0845 601 0436, but https://www.saynoto0870.com lists a freephone number - 0800 5875770.
