New fence but not right

I have had a new fence put up at the end of my garden. There as a brick wall along the bottom and it goes up the side of my garden and I also have more garden on the outside of the brick wall.
Anyway the new fence was only put in about a week or so ago. I had a quick look from the inside and it looked ok. I had a look on the outside of my fence. Only to find that it does not follow my boundary but has been gradually sloped in on to my land. It looks stupid.
Briefly spoke to the fencing people and there excuse the footings of the wall where in the way
I told them I would remove the wall and they said no thats ok. I don't believe it is up to standard I was expecting. Where do I stand now as I wanted it corrected.
I have not paid for it yet.
Thanks in advance.

Did you get anything in writing, or send them a drawing etc? Did they not get you to show them exactly where you wanted it?0
