Oh Cat that's awful. So sorry to hear that. Does this happen often - I would find it extremely frustrating. What a waste of an evening.

It used to happen a LOT but recently he hasn't done it. Though that could be because usually I've reminded him that I don't like it and that if he's drinking he can f-off and do it at his mum's house. I didn't remind him this morning so he took it to be a getting drunk excuse. I really wouldn't mind if he knew when he'd had enough or drank sensibly but he doesn't. He'll pass out at 9.15 when I'm watching TV then wonder why I'm mad!

Beanielou - working hoover is essential with 6 cats.

ooo - a pink hoover??? no, mustn't even think about it.

I wish DS would fall asleep at the moment then I wouldn't be watching footie AGAIN, mind you there's nothing I really want to watch on or I would have put my foot down but I'm getting fed up of it and neither team has pretty strips or players...

Just read in the local paper that a woman of 35 has been sexually attacked with a Dyson hose!!!.....she is in hospital but doctors say she is picking up really well.

Sorry.....heard it at work today and it made me giggle....after butting in on the joke teller as to how terrible it was that a woman was attacked that way...felt a bit of a peanut when he finished the joke.:o

!!!!!! Cat how old is he? DS needs to be 'reminded' to wash behind his ears etc etc, but he is a teenager so I expect that to be the case. Does his Mum support his drinking then?

I am so lucky as no one in our house is into football....but come next fortnight it will be salad for tea or takeaway as its WIMBLEDON FORTNIGHT the only time of the year when I am a bit selfish and insist on watching the full coverage.

Cat...I hate it when my OH drinks as he also doesnt know when he has had enough, he doesnt do anything bad just really annoys me:mad:
