hi guy i am after advice on what you would do
there is a man stood outside next doors house he has been there since 12 just sstood there with a big bag. the house has several male occupants so i guess he will be a new addition when they come home and let him in they usually come home at 7pm ish and it is raining do i offer him anything ? a chair umbrella??? cuppa? also it is 90% possible that he doesn't speak english.
what a welcome to england standing out side a house in the rain for 7 hours with out anyone saying a thing to him!!
