ooooh this is soooo annoying! I have been with wanadoo, freeserve and now orange. I phoned up earlier during the week and changed my package - 3 months free and paying £12.99 a month after (broadband only package) felt I was getting a really good deal, then find out they are doing this! I phoned them again this morning after reading this post and asked why I had not been offered this package and they could not give me an answer and of course because I had changed my package I am tied into another contract so they could not do anything anyway.

I rang up Orange after seeing Geddes post and I was told I would get six months free and then six months at £9.99. I have just looked at my account and I have been charged £9.99 for August, is the offer the otherway round in that you pay for six months first then get six months free. Has anyone looked at their Orange account to check.0

Hi Geddes, Thanks for the tip! i have been looking around for cheaper Broadband ( I currently pay £12.99 pm with Orange- it was £19.99 pm!). I rang the number & hey presto , I have 6 months free & £9.99 pm thereafter on a 12 month contract- it was as simple as that! Thanks again for saving me nearly £100 in year one !! -Tel0

Was on BB unlimited £20 a month.
Now onto BB max £17.99 first 6 months free
Been told all the same as old tarrif, but just lose the international calls through livebox.
Does anyone know if anything else if different, ie taking line rental away from BT...?
Thanks TBTB0
