T-Mobile broadband question

My daughter in law has just gone T-Mobile.
I had a look today and her laptop was connecting to any unsecure network in range.....

I managed to set the T-Mobile as the default network, but could not for the life of me find the tab for connect automatically.....

I dissabled the WAP's in her area but am afraid if she roams she will connect to any other unsecured network in the immediate vicinity.
I also put a shortcut on the DT so she could connect to the dial up.

Windows Vista OS.
Can anybody help please???
