Somebody already checked and they are closed sessions only open to staff and students, you could still go and try but it's unlikely they will let you unless you look you look like a student?[FONT=georgia, bookman old style, palatino linotype, book antiqua, palatino, trebuchet ms, helvetica, garamond, sans-serif, arial, verdana, avante garde, century gothic, comic sans ms, times, times new roman, serif]A bank is a place that will lend you money if you can prove that you don't need it

Just got back form giving my armful at Reading Uni today (25/10) and there was no ice cream :-( The lovely ladies there said they have had this promo before and will bring it up and try to get us ice cream.
To those folks that are worried about turning up at a uni session - just go. Its not like they are going to turn away your life-saving donation just because you are not in the correct socio-economic group, blood helps the rich, the poor, company directors and the unemployed equally well! Incidentally, I'm not a student any more and as ever the team were wonderfully grateful I'd come along.0 -

I'd just like to say when I started this thread I assumed that it was open to all, not just students,it didn't state any different in the email I received from Ben and Jerry's
But none the less giving blood is a good cause even if you only get a cup of tea and some biscuits

The only reson i thought it was closed session was that when you look on the NBS website it gives no details of these sessions and also when i rang them.
