Approx Full Re-Wire Costs in W Yorks?

Hi all
Does anyone have any history or indications on how much a full re-wire would cost in a house in the Leeds / W Yorks area.
House has 3 beds and a box room, 2 reception rooms and a kitchen, 1 bathroom.
The house will be empty, no carpets or furniture and I would be having all rooms re-skimmed by a plasterer anyway.
Any suggestions???
