Matsui tv - HELP

I have a Matsui tv model number 2107NS. It has a 4 digit code on it, just in case it get stolen. I have had this tv for several years. I know the code for this. Little peeps have been round tonight and tried to get the correct code for the tv. They have entered the code in wrong three times and has locked the tv.
All I have now is a blue screen with the words "protected" on it.
I can't get anything else apart form the blue screen.

Does any one have any advice that I can unlock it so I can watch tv again.
