O2 Broadband

I've used Orange broadband (used to be Freeserve, Wanadoo now Orange) for ages with no problems and if I have had to phone them for advice etc they have been great but I have been thinking of changing to 02 broadband as it's cheaper for me but is it worth the change with me having had no problems with Orange?

Any thoughts please...........for those that use 02 how have you found it and the service.........

  • If you look on the utilities board in the internet section there is a long ongoing thread on O2 broadband - should be on first couple of pages with lots of positive comments. I'm also thinking of going with them.

I switched from Orange to o2 earlier this year. Apart from some issues with Orange still billing me after I had left the switch has been great and o2 customer service is spot on.

Yes O2 is very good, I too have been billed from Orange long after I sent their box back, lucky I stopped the payments, they sent me a letter saying they would take me to court for non-payment, that just about sums up Orange, O2 has been very good, I had a few problems to start with as the connection kept cutting off, but after a firmware upgrade its been 1st class, four times faster than Orange and only £7.50 per month being a mobile customer, happy? Yes I am.
