I don't think the issue is about changing a/c type at all. I think the issue is how seat pitch and legroom get confused.

I can't see this going anywhere if you don't and would probably drop the issue unless you want to sour some great memories. Dealing with their complaints department is generally unsatisfactory.

BTW she's not a very good sales person if she discouraged you from upgrading.

Perhaps the premium cabin was sold out for the honeymoon dates and she wanted to sell economy to just get a sale.

I don't believe that First Choice fly aircraft with a 3-3-3 configuration.

Why do you blame the travel agent for this? If the only reason you were uncomfortable was due to the faulty seat in front of you then it is the airline you should be after, not the agent.
