someone ask me to send my phone to africa

i am trying to sell my nokia 7610 on ebay now, and just recieved a question from a ebayer, said he will pay 700 pounds
for my phone, and he will pay my money order and want me to send it to africa. Of course i know he is a scam. There is no way a nokia 7610 worth 700 pounds, and he want as many as possible. It is too good to be true.
I just replied he that I will not send my item outside uk no matter how much he pay, and I do not accept money order at all.
The only thing I am a bit worrying is if he got angry and just bid on my item, without paying( I set a BIN option for my phone), I will be end up with paying ebay a huge amount of listing fee, and could never sell my phone. Could not block the buyer with 0 feedback.
What should I do then? ??? ???

It is unlikely that he'll try and buy the phone now that you've told him you won't send it to him...even if you have annoyed him. He's more likely to try and scam someone else so I wouldn't worry. However, you could always pull the plug on the item and relist it as an auction :-/0

I have had 3 or 4 of these e-mails in just the last 2 days or so - it seems the more you are selling the more of these e-mails you get.
There is a soloution...and it works!
Contact eBay via e-mail (go to help --> contact us --> report transaction problems --> problems with buyers --> Buyer offered to buy listed item outside eBay) and report the buyer to eBay with all the relevant information.
It took eBay less than 24 hours to get back to me and they suspended the buyer - a result! I have now reported them all to eBay, we need to try and eliminate these scum from eBay!
JoshThe main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0 -

You can block the bidder by adding his id to your blocked bidder list.
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/confidence/know-buyer-block.html
It will stop the bidder placing any bids on your auctions.

you can also change your preferences so that bidders can only bid on the item if they are within your specifed postage area. This has worked for me over the last few weeks.Rock on MSE!!!0
