Claiming Money Back From Paypal

Hi.

I bought an item from a website and used PayPal to make payment, and i never received my purchase so i opened a PayPal dispute.

The dispute has now closed and the company did not reply to the dispute within the time period, i have still not received my purchase or did i get my refund.

How do i go about getting my Money back from PayPal?

Thanks.

If the dispute closed with paypal, you won't be able to open up a claim now. I would try and write to the company requesting a refund if you think thats worth a try. Perhaps see if you can get a chargeback, if you used a credit card to make a payment through paypal. Only other option is to take the company to court, but i guess that depends how much you paid for the item as to whether its worth going that far.
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

For future reference, you should have escalated to a claim before the dispute ran out. Did you fund by CC? if yes they're you're next option.
