I tried to order tv with vouucher code on 20th july, code expired 21st. Order wouldn't progress after knocking discount off. Tried for 2 days. Tried at 1am on 22nd and low and below it would go through, so didn't bother. Should have been 5% off. Have tried to call customer services and never a reply, it cuts you off or keeps you hanging for over 20mins on premium rate till you give up. Emailed them also. Got auto reply saying would be in touch and resolved within 5 days. Still waiting , no reply. I wouldn'y buy from them. Has anyone had success using a voucher code?
Friend had problem also getting reply, well never got one, concerning a price match that was never delivered. It's all very well making promises and advertising discounts but what good is it if you can't actually use them.
