hi,
i was hoping somebody could help me.
i have two children under 18months (one being less than 1mnth old), my husband and i have decided to seperate after 10years together as we have been arguing alot for a few months now and it isnt fair on the kids as there is a constant atmosphere. i cannot see us getting back together.
i will be moving back in with my mum and dad (certainly short-term, possibly long-ish term) as this makes the most sense for me at the moment. it will be nice to have the support as i have been quite poorly for a while and my mum will help with the kids.
obviously i have no plans to go back to work in the immediate future and am not receiving maternity pay or anything as i was not working before my baby was born.
will i be entitled to income support (or anything) even though i will be living with my parents? my parents do not claim anything.
thanks in advance.
