Business credit card "approved"

Hi,

I run my own business (sole trader) and recently applied for a business Barclaycard but was turned down.
Today I recieved a letter from Barclays (who I bank with) saying that I have been approved for a business Barclaycard. I promptly rang up and have applied again as the woman on the other end of the phone seemed to think that I have been approved as they have looked at my bank account and seen how I have operated it over the last 12 months (perfectly well by the way!)
So my question is will they just look at the bank account or will they do another credit check? I know for an overdraft they will now look at my last 12 months of banking with them rather than credit scoring me.
