I have done a load of work this morning on an existing excel workbook and stupidly closed it without saving! Now of course I can only pull up the original workbok minus everythng I've done today.
Is there any way of getting it back? I haven't turned the PC off since.

Do you have autosave on? I believe you should do as that's the default. It may not contain your latest changes. What version of windows and excel are you using? It makes a difference in terms of where the autosave files are stored...Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0
