CTC-weekly?

Just a query if any of the CTC advisors can hlp.
I was told last week that my claim had been stopped and I had to repay all my benefit as they hadn't had the forms back. I had proof of posting so they said they would restart and I didn't have to repay.
Of course I have just realised that this has changed my payment date. They have just paid me roughly half and have said I will get paid in 28 days (I would have got the benefit 27th this month) so now my dd's that I had arranged for the end of the month will bounce as there will only be the 270 they have paid me. Can I ask for the benefit to be paid weekly or bi-weekly? I have only just managed to get all my creditors to accept minimum payments and am really panicing now!
