Have only skimmed the thread-
but if you are just using the laptop for general surfing and office type stuff then you could drop the dedicated graphics card- which will help your pocket:)0 -
I'll be using it for surfing, photo,video, office stuff and also gaming(if/when i get a chance)!

If i were you i would just copy your spec from post 1 and just paste it over there. Then ask if they think they could beat this or if they think it is good value:)
