If you want to find a sellers negative feedback before bidding, go to http://www.toolhaus.org where you can check just the negative feedback of any member free of charge.
Saves you trawling through pages of feedback.There's also a mutual tool there for checking out shill bidders by comparing 2 people and viewing their habits.

If you are a Firefox user you can get an extension called eBay Negs from https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=560
Install this and you can right click on a user name or in an auction window and another tab will open with the negative feedback displayed.

You can see Negative feedback only from ebay now.

When viewing feedback on the ebay page...

There is a drop-menu on the right called 'period'. Change this from all to any other period (e.g Past month)



New options will appear on the left of the period box where you can select to see Positive/Neutral/Withdrawn/Negative feedback
