Different results from comparison sites
I'm thinking of switching my gas/elec suppliers, so have been using the comparison sites recommended on this site.
However: I seem to be getting massively different results from each comparison site concerning the potential savings - ranging from a saving of £40 through to £200 for the same supplier
I'm careful to enter the same info into each site (I'm using Kwh for my energy usage) - so I can't undertand why there are such huge differences.
Am I the only one who has had this problem?

Would you care to provide us the annual kwh numbers you are using, your current supplier/tariff and which electricity area you live in?
If they are not annual figures, the variance could be due to the way each company estimates your annual usage based on the info you provide.
As usual with anything computer based - garbage in, garbage out"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
