I've just checked with my IE 7 and have had no problems, you can try restoring default settings if you have altered them in the past.

But to be honest, I gave up using IE along time ago, it has many bugs and is less secure than other browsers, I personally use Mozilla Firefox, it gets rave reviews and haven't had any problems with it so far and I've had it for ages. Also i find it to be faster :D

Just go to https://www.mozilla.com version 3 has just come out, and its better than the last one :D

If you want to check it out before hand just google it and i'm sure there will be great comments about it

    Hopes this helps

    In internet explorer click on
Tools -> Internet Options -> Click the 'Advanced' Tab
Then you have 2 options, 'restore advanced settings' is everything you can see in the list.
'Reset' Is to revert IE 7 back to as it would have been to when you first loaded it, as it says, it will delete temporary files, add-ons and resets all changed settings.

However before you do any resetting of settings, one thing that may affect images is in advanced settings, so go to:
Tools> Internet Options> Advanced tab> Multimedia section (in the list)> check 'show images'> Apply> OK.
This allows images to load in web pages but as its only the add to cart button thats not working and all other pictures are loading fine, i doubt that would be the problem.

By the way, i do highly recommend Firefox, but you seem to be very comfortable with IE, so i wish you the best of luck.

Hope this does the job :D

P.S. You may want to recommend that your mother updates her version of IE to IE7 as it offers much more security than previous versions!

to be honest its not just the add to cart button quite a few pictures dont show either and i only know this because they showed up on my mums, i only seem to have this problem with snapfish, although sometimes emails dont show pictures either.

Thanks though, will get to the end im sure, and yes although alot of people like firefox, i hate change!
