hi guys,
just got a promotion at work & i will be getting a company credit card for expenses.
it is quite a large national company & was wondering will the card issuer have to do a credit check for a company card.
i dont have any ccj's but have missed a couple of payments (loan payments & my own credit card) in the last year.
will this go against me & if it is likely should i approach the fiance dept & tell them everything & hold off with the card till i get my own fiances totaly sorted out.
cheers guys

im pretty sure as youre just a named holder as such on a company credit card, you wouldnt need to go through a credit check x0

Hi!
Don't worry at all. :j
You're simply a named card holder and have no responsibility for the credit facility. There will be no credit check when they issue your card.
Well done and good luck with the promotion!
Happy. xHappy and thankful with never enough time to do everything:rotfl:0 -

Hi
In a Company I used to work for, I was a named card holder on a Gold Amex card and, initially, had the same concerns as you that my financial history would cause a problem. However, although my card took a little longer to come through which caused me a few palpitations, I did get a card issued with no queries of any sort.
Hope this helps to reassure you.
