All My Accounts have Disappeared from Experian!?

This morning I got a new alert from CreditExpert and All of my credit accounts have disappeared!!

There are only 2 left, my Amex and a closed Halifax current account. I still have 2 other current accounts with halifax which were there last time I looked (1 mnth ago) but have now disappeared!!

I have 2 other CCs and my phone contract which should be on there (and were previously)! This is annoying as it makes me look really bad.

What could have caused this? Someone please tell me experian are having techie probs. If not, no wonder Post Office declined me for a CC, looks like I am using 96% of my available credit!

Have you spoken to experian yet.

I'd ring Experian. They are the only people who can tell you why something has changed on your report.

I was hoping others were having the same issue which might point to experian tech issues. I will try and call them but I work their exact opening hours!

I can't get into experian says they are having trouble processing my order and to ring them. I had an alert this morning as well. Tried to phone them but got bored when "Take my breath away" by Berlin came on.

YEah sorry for not updating, I called them and they sorted out my addresses for me. Apparently that was the problem. I have just moved and been updating all my addresses with banks/phone companies and that is why they disappeared as the addresses no longer matched!! I added my new address and they were back the next day (apart from O2 but they have me down as MR not Miss lol so that could be the issue with them)
