Just thought I would update you on this matter, I have not heard any more from this company and the phone calls have stopped, Thank you for your advice on this as it has been really helpfull, all I can donw is wait to see if any thing else happens in the future with this debt.:T

Thanks for the update - just a thought though. Have you tried reclaiming the bank oand credit card charges yet? Might be worthwhile although you can only claim back the last 6 years.

I didnt think that I would be able to apply to get any charges back as the interest was added to the account by the bank they were not actually charges for late payment or anything, they just kept adding interest because I was paying only a token amount.
