FIXED RATE POSTAL BOND (Issue 2) will be launched w.e.f. 18.6.08: a fixed term postal operated account maturing 28.8.09 with a minimum investment of £5K paying 6.80% yearly. Access permitted on up to 25% of initial investment without notice or loss of interest. Additions permitted whilst issue remains open. New money to the institution.

Does the access to 25% of the cash allow an operating balance below the MOB I wonder? If it doesn't then you have to deposit 133% of £5K
